Jefe/a Senior de Marketing Digital & Growth – Rubro Servicios

About the role

The company, a health and prepaid medicine provider, seeks a Senior Marketing, Digital & Growth leader to own the full marketing function and align it with growth, profitability, retention and brand objectives. This role goes beyond communication or social media execution, requiring a business‑wide perspective, data‑driven decision making and cross‑functional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into an annual Marketing & Digital plan with clear objectives and KPIs.
• Lead acquisition strategy focused on pipeline quality, conversion, CAC and ROI.
• Manage CRM, segmentation, automation and the customer lifecycle.
• Design onboarding, loyalty, retention and churn‑prevention initiatives.
• Oversee brand positioning, content creation and communication.
• Run performance campaigns on Meta, Google and other digital channels.
• Administer and optimise the Marketing budget for results.
• Lead and develop the internal team while coordinating agencies and external specialists.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Service, IT and other key areas.
• Build dashboards and executive reports that turn marketing data into business decisions.
• Participate in new product, service and commercial proposal launches.
• Drive adoption of technology, automation and AI within marketing processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Communication or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of professional marketing experience.
• At least 3 years leading teams or comprehensive marketing functions.
• Proven track record managing budgets and KPI‑linked business results.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM, segmentation, automation and commercial funnels.
