Outreach and Engagement Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Outreach and Engagement Coordinator to manage our film screening events and follow up on inbound leads. This remote position supports our mission to improve youth mental health through storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate film screenings, handling logistics such as dates, AV needs, materials, and registration.
• Communicate with hosts, partners, and speakers before, during, and after each event.
• Maintain an event calendar and track each event from request to completion.
• Collect post‑event data, including surveys and attendance metrics.
• Review new leads daily, call leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, and website forms, and move them toward booking a screening.
• Update the CRM after every contact attempt and keep lead records accurate.
• Research schools, districts, or organizations as needed.
• Track calls, leads, screenings booked, attendance, and host feedback, and report results to leadership.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) – written and spoken.
• Experience in event or project coordination.
• Experience with outbound or follow‑up calls (sales, customer service, appointment setting).
• Confident, professional phone presence and enjoyment of daily conversations with new people.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work without constant direction.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs).
• Familiarity with event platforms such as Eventbrite, Zoom, or Google Meet.
• Experience using CRM tools, preferably GoHighLevel.

What we offer

• Compensation up to $1,200 per month.
• Full‑time remote work (Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM‑6:00 PM UTC‑3) with a one‑hour lunch break.
