About the role
The Head of Talent Selection will lead the strategic attraction, evaluation and hiring of qualified candidates, ensuring they fit the organization’s culture and growth objectives. This senior HR position is responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the execution of recruitment and selection processes at an organizational level.
- Coordinate and develop the Selection team, enhancing both technical and behavioral competencies.
- Design, monitor and present key performance indicators (KPIs) for the recruitment function.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, events and partnership agreements.
Required profile
- University degree in Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience leading large‑scale selection processes for commercial and administrative roles.
- Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
