About the role
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our truck workshop. The role involves overseeing the mechanical and maintenance operations of heavy‑duty trucks, ensuring high quality work, timely delivery, and optimal workshop performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and organize the technical team in the workshop.
- Guarantee proper functioning of the workshop and compliance with established timelines.
- Maintain high standards of work quality and safety.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for trucks.
- Coordinate with other departments to support fleet operations.
Required profile
- Academic background related to the automotive sector.
- Proven experience leading technical or workshop teams.
- Strong knowledge of trucks and heavy vehicles.
- Hands‑on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of trucks.
