About the role

The Logistics Analyst will provide analytical and administrative support to a dynamic logistics operation, ensuring inventory control, purchase validation, and timely reporting to aid business decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor material age and coordinate regularisation actions to minimise obsolescence risk.
• Validate purchase requests against inventory levels, operational needs and internal policies.
• Analyse inventory levels, identify optimisation opportunities and improve material rotation and availability.
• Administer payment and service processes for the logistics area, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines and administrative requirements.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, management reports and dashboards to track logistical performance.
• Monitor achievement of logistics objectives, proposing corrective actions when deviations are detected.
• Provide analytical and documentary support for audits, budgeting processes and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Consolidate and keep up‑to‑date logistics information for management decision‑making.

Required profile

• University student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade or related fields.
• 1‑3 years of experience in logistics, inventory, purchasing or administrative roles (e.g., Logistics Analyst, Administrative Analyst, Purchasing Assistant).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP, Power BI and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong analytical ability, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude, quick learning capacity and effective communication.
