Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Ceragon Networks Ltd. is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support the growth of its North America business. Based in Asunción, you will be one of the first points of contact for prospective customers, handling inbound interest and qualifying opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to leads generated through the website, marketing campaigns, webinars, events, referrals, and partners.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, video conference, and LinkedIn.
• Understand customer requirements, project timing, and decision processes.
• Qualify, nurture, route, or disqualify leads according to Ceragon’s criteria.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure clear handoffs to the appropriate sales owner.
• Maintain accurate lead, account, activity, and opportunity data in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales, Channel, Business Development, Marketing, Presales, and Sales Operations teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in inside sales, sales development, business development, or lead qualification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• Excellent discovery, organization, prioritization, and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and priorities.
• Curiosity for learning technology solutions and customer applications.
• Experience in telecommunications, wireless networking, private networks, or related B2B technology markets is a plus.
