Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Analyst to ensure a smooth, fast, and engaging recruitment experience for candidates worldwide. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between candidates and the company, guiding applicants through each step of the hiring process for both technical and non‑technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with candidates, keeping them informed and motivated throughout the selection process.
• Record and manage applicant data, including resumes, assignments, and interview feedback.
• Evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and soft‑skill fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments.
• Serve as the central point of contact during client interviews, ensuring clear information flow.
• Collect and convey comprehensive candidate information to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.

• Strong communication abilities and a talent for building rapport.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of candidate interactions efficiently.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
