Freelance Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for independent talent acquisition professionals to join Strider’s freelance recruiter network. As a remote recruiter you will promote our tech‑focused job openings to developers across Latin America and guide them through the application process.

Key responsibilities

• Share Strider’s open positions with your personal and professional network.
• Assist candidates in completing their profiles on the Strider platform.
• Track referrals and ensure candidates are matched with suitable roles.
• Maintain communication with the Strider support team and the recruiter community.

Required profile

• Independent recruiter, career coach, community leader or tech influencer.
• Based in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Chile, Costa Rica, Peru or Uruguay.
• Familiarity with the software engineering market (experience recruiting developers is a plus).
• Organised, proactive and strong communication skills.
