About the role

Fire Masters SRL, a leading fire‑safety company in Paraguay with over four decades of experience, is looking for an HR Specialist to lead and support its human resources functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Coordinate teams and organizational structures to ensure effective personnel management.
• Design, implement and maintain HR policies and employee benefit programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal procedures.
• Support employee relations, conflict resolution and performance management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Human Resources and comprehensive HR process management.
• Demonstrated ability in HR and personnel management.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits.
• Educational background in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, service orientation, teamwork, conflict management and time organization.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using HR management systems.
