About the role

Hotel Cecilia, a hospitality business in central Asunción, is looking for a full‑time HR Manager to lead the human resources function across its hotel, restaurant and rotisserie operations. The role is 100 % onsite and focuses on delivering compliant, people‑centric HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee follow‑up for all units.
• Manage employee records, hires, terminations and labor documentation.
• Create and update job descriptions, internal policies and HR procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
• Support employee relations, resolve conflicts, maintain confidentiality and promote a positive work climate.
• Assist management in decision‑making and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management, workforce planning and coordination of schedules, overtime and leave.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and applicable labor legislation.
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution and performance development.
• Ability to draft and review job descriptions and support selection processes.
• Education in Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations or a related field.
• Excellent communication, organization and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with office tools and HR management systems; hotel‑sector experience is a plus.
