About the role

The Warehouse Manager will coordinate and oversee all operational tasks related to the supply of finished products to pre‑sale areas, subsidiaries and distributors at the Pepsi plant in San Antonio. The role also includes leading a team of collaborators to ensure efficient warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse and surrounding zones.
• Ensure all staff use the required PPE as defined by SSMA.
• Conduct daily shift‑start meetings to communicate guidelines.
• Control outgoing loads to pre‑sale, distributor and subsidiary points.
• Manage inbound finished products, imports, returns and market refunds.
• Efficiently load and unload trucks for pre‑sale, distributors and internal transfers.
• Perform SAP movements (returns, refunds, etc.) and apply FIFO logic to respect product expiration dates.
• Carry out daily inventory of finished products and packaging, reconciling physical counts with system data.
• Record overtime hours with proper justification.
• Safeguard company assets such as pallets, separators, barrels and cylinders.
• Foster a positive work environment based on trust, pride and camaraderie.

Required profile

• Early years of studies in administrative fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations and people management.
• Strong command of computer tools, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with stock and inventory control and internal warehouse procedures.
