Encargado de contabilidad – Lider de migración SAP

About the role

We are looking for an experienced accounting professional to lead the migration of our financial processes to SAP. The role combines day‑to‑day accounting management with project leadership to ensure a smooth transition and continuous improvement of our financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end SAP migration project for the accounting department.
• Monitor, organize and ensure correct implementation of all related processes.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and oversee routine financial reporting.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous‑process enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align SAP configuration with business needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting management and process tracking.
• Strong analytical mindset, organized and results‑oriented.
• Leadership ability with a collaborative team approach.
• Proactive attitude to spot opportunities and propose solutions.
