Ejecutivo/a Técnico Comercial – Industria B2B

About the role

The company, a regional engineering firm specialized in industrial refrigeration equipment, is looking for a Technical Sales Executive to expand its presence in Paraguay. You will be responsible for identifying new B2B opportunities, building long‑term relationships, and guiding projects from prospecting to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B clients across various industrial sectors in Paraguay.
• Identify projects, investments and commercial opportunities, and arrange plant visits.
• Gather technical and commercial requirements from customers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prepare technical‑commercial proposals.
• Present offers, negotiate terms and follow projects through to signing.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and regularly update market intelligence.
• Represent the company at meetings, fairs and sector events.

Required profile

• Strong commercial orientation with the ability to generate new business.
• Technical background sufficient to understand industrial client needs.
• Experience in B2B technical sales, consultative selling, and working with industrial customers.
• Self‑driven, organized, and results‑oriented.
• Willingness to travel within Paraguay and own mobility.
• Residence in Asunción or Greater Asunción.
