Ejecutivo/a Comercial Senior – Desarrollo de Negocios Publicitarios

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Executive to drive growth for a leading advertising business unit. The role focuses on generating new commercial opportunities and building long‑term strategic relationships with clients and market partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the advertising sector.
• Generate and strengthen strategic links with key clients and market actors.
• Identify commercial opportunities and convert them into new projects.
• Lead the commercial management of the business unit.
• Coordinate and support a team that includes a Senior Planner, a Digital Planner and an Administrative Assistant.
• Represent the company in front of clients and strategic partners.

Required profile

• Solid experience in commercial roles, business development, key‑account management or commercial coordination.
• Highly proactive with the ability to open new markets and generate opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation, networking and relationship skills.
• Strong leadership, autonomy and decision‑making capabilities.
• Experience in media companies, advertising agencies, marketing departments or with advertisers is valued.
• Typical previous titles include Commercial Coordinator, Senior Commercial Executive, Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar.
