About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Credit Director to lead our agricultural credit division. The role involves overseeing credit operations, managing risk, and driving the team toward achieving performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the credit department, ensuring effective credit management.
- Analyze credit applications and assess associated risks.
- Ensure compliance with established credit policies and procedures.
- Monitor the credit portfolio and track performance.
- Prepare analytical reports to support decision‑making.
- Coordinate and mentor the credit team.
Required profile
- Proven experience in credit and risk management.
- Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with solid decision‑making skills.
