Digital Marketing Strategist & Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist / Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive strategic marketing initiatives. The role combines account management with hands‑on planning, ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Work one‑on‑one with clients to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with their goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact, building trusted relationships and handling regular check‑ins, status updates, and strategy conversations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including creative, content, web, paid media, and leadership—to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and client requests, flagging risks or scope changes early.
• Prepare meeting agendas, recap notes, next steps, and follow‑ups after client calls.
• Support and oversee email campaigns, from setup to optimization and reporting.
• Conduct data analysis, prepare performance reports, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Assist sales enablement through strategic planning, tool setup, and content alignment.
• Provide direction on SEO, social media management, paid digital spend, and general web technologies.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills to keep internal teams aligned on priorities and deadlines.
• Experience handling client feedback, approvals, and scope conversations with professionalism.
• Solid understanding of CRM systems and how information is organized.
