Digital Marketing Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

OPINATOR is seeking a creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join its fast‑moving Marketing Team. In this role you will drive brand awareness, generate leads and nurture customer loyalty for our CX platform across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to increase platform adoption and lead generation.
• Develop high‑quality content such as blog posts, newsletters, brochures and case studies in collaboration with designers.
• Analyse competitors and work with the sales team to refine value propositions, pricing, packaging and positioning.
• Monitor digital‑marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (C2 level); additional languages are a plus.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with a track record of driving product awareness and adoption.
