Desarrollador Senior Full Stack

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our development team in San Lorenzo, Paraguay. The successful candidate will design, implement and optimise critical product features while ensuring long‑term stability, performance and scalability of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new end‑to‑end functionalities with a strong focus on performance, security and coding best practices.
• Maintain, refactor and scale existing backend and frontend code for both web and mobile applications.
• Make day‑to‑day architectural decisions and assess their impact on system stability.
• Participate actively in technical design meetings, providing logical solutions to complex integration challenges.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming and SOLID principles.
• Proven experience delivering full‑cycle mobile applications in production.
• At least three years leading web applications in a production environment.
• Clear technical communication, proactive problem‑solving and strong teamwork skills.
