Desarrollador Senior Full Stack

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our development team in San Lorenzo, Paraguay. The role requires strong technical autonomy and the ability to design, implement, and optimise critical product features while ensuring long‑term platform stability, performance, and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end features with a focus on performance, security, and best coding practices.
• Maintain, refactor, and scale existing backend and frontend code for web and mobile applications.
• Make day‑to‑day architectural decisions, assessing technical impact on ecosystem stability.
• Participate actively in technical design meetings, providing logical solutions to complex integration challenges.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading production web applications for at least 3 years.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work proactively in a team.
• Self‑starter attitude with a problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles.
• Full‑stack development for mobile (React Native) and web (React).
• Relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience with DigitalOcean droplets for server management.
• CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
