Customer Happiness Specialist (WordPress) – Full Remote

About the role

Join a passionate team dedicated to making every customer interaction a positive experience. As a Customer Happiness Specialist you will handle tickets, chats and calls, guiding users through WordPress setup, troubleshooting errors, and answering pre‑sales questions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support via ticketing system, live chat and phone.
• Assist customers with WordPress installation, theme and plugin configuration, and hosting issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems using error logs, plugin conflict analysis, database checks, and CSS/HTML fixes.
• Support pre‑sales inquiries and help prospects evaluate WordPress solutions.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to streamline support workflows.
• Collaborate with the product and development teams using ClickUp, Trello or similar project‑management tools.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on WordPress experience (themes, plugins, hosting).
• Proficiency with Elementor and/or Gutenberg page builders.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to work independently.
• Experience in pre‑sales support or live‑chat environments.
• Comfort with project‑management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Jira, Slack, Crisp).
• Excellent written and verbal English with a polite, empathetic tone.
