About the role

The Closed Neighborhood Coordinator will oversee the comprehensive functioning of a gated community, ensuring high‑quality service for residents and compliance with established standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and general services of the neighborhood.
• Advise owners and professionals on current construction and co‑ownership regulations.
• Act as the first administrative filter, reviewing technical documentation (architectural plans, forms, municipal approvals) before forwarding to the architecture department.
• Manage resident complaints, inquiries, and service requests.
• Ensure adherence to community living rules and internal regulations.
• Organize maintenance, security, cleaning, and basic utility services.
• Prepare reports and monitor incidents and improvement actions.
• Promote an orderly, efficient, and service‑oriented management approach.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in coordination/administration of gated communities or horizontal property management.
• Strong knowledge of the legal framework governing horizontal property and co‑ownership regulations.
• Proven experience in coordination, administration, or service management.
• Leadership, organizational ability, excellent communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.
• Availability to travel and visit neighborhoods weekly; must possess a manual‑transmission vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Proactive, organized, and decisive.
