Rental Manager – Rent Manager Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Rental Manager with deep expertise in the Rent Manager ecosystem to lead property management operations, ensure data accuracy, and streamline workflows for a portfolio of residential properties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain property, tenant, owner, lease, and unit information within Rent Manager.
• Handle day‑to‑day property management workflows, including charges, payments, and account updates.
• Process maintenance requests, work orders, vendor coordination, and related property operations.
• Generate, review, and interpret Rent Manager reports for operational and financial tracking.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, supporting rent rolls, tenant ledgers, and owner statements.
• Configure and maintain Rent Manager workflows, settings, templates, and system processes.
• Troubleshoot routine Rent Manager issues and propose workflow improvements.
• Support data cleanup, system organization, and quality control.
• Coordinate information between Rent Manager and other property‑management, accounting, CRM, or communication platforms.
• Create and maintain SOPs for Rent Manager‑related processes.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience using Rent Manager (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of property‑management workflows and residential operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bilingual candidates (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French) are highly preferred.
