Community Manager & Content Specialist

About the role

The company is looking for a semi‑senior Community Manager & Content Specialist to lead the digital presence of its brand portfolio. The role combines strategic content planning, social media interaction, and audiovisual production to boost engagement and brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute monthly/weekly posting plans for multiple brand social channels, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social platforms and the corporate website.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads), produce performance reports and optimize budgets based on KPIs.
• Record, edit and publish video content for internal marketing, corporate communications, events and brand activations.
• Update website content, including texts, images, product sheets and logos.
• Coordinate with web developers or agencies for technical support and site improvements.
• Cover live corporate events and brand activations for immediate social media amplification.
• Organise contests and promotions, handling logistics and prize delivery.
• Identify, negotiate and manage collaborations with influencers and content creators.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in social media management, content creation and digital advertising.
• Creative, autonomous and proactive with excellent written communication.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple brand accounts simultaneously.

Required skills

• Meta Ads platform for paid social campaigns.
• Video production and editing for vertical formats (Reels, TikTok).
• Social media moderation and community engagement tools.
