Collection & Operations Manager

About the role

Finsana, a fast‑growing FinTech company, is looking for a Collection & Operations Manager to lead and optimise its credit collection processes. You will work closely with product, sales and customer‑service teams to ensure efficient cash‑flow management and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and document collection, sales and customer‑service processes.
• Verify performance of existing credit products, identify improvement opportunities and help design new offerings.
• Monitor, evaluate and optimise collection channels for customers.
• Track collection flows against cash‑flow projections and maintain KPI targets.
• Oversee daily call‑center operations and ensure service standards.
• Handle requests from regular entities and coordinate with external collection agencies.

Required profile

• Professional degree in administration, finance or accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in collections, customer service or operations within the financial or real‑estate sector.
• Strong analytical abilities in financial and risk analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
