Cold Calling Specialist (Spanish Bilingual)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Cold Calling Specialist who is fluent in Spanish and English to drive lead generation, schedule qualified appointments, and support our insurance quoting process.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high‑volume outbound calls, texts, and emails to targeted lists to generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Schedule qualified appointments and manage calendar bookings for the sales team.
• Support insurance quoting by gathering preliminary information and assisting with cross‑selling workflows.
• Maintain accurate records, update lead status in real‑time, and clean databases within HubSpot/CRM platforms.
• Handle general email correspondence, calendar organization, and basic customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound lead generation.
• Highly resilient, comfortable handling rejection, and confident delivering engaging pitches.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with strong active listening abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
• Familiarity with power dialers or auto‑dialer software.
