About the role

Join GCG's dynamic food‑service team as a Butcher Operator. You will work in a multicultural environment supporting Sky Dining, Airport Dining and other aviation catering services across the Caribbean and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare meat products according to client requests and specifications.
• Control orders, monitor cutting quality, and ensure proper portioning.
• Manage inventory, track waste, and maintain FIFO rotation.
• Record temperature logs and complete required paperwork.
• Train new operators and fill in other positions as needed on the shift.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic, discipline and focus.
• Ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural setting.
• Willingness to learn and teach meat‑cutting techniques.

Required skills

• Meat cutting and portioning.
