Bilingual Commercial Sales Representative – On-site in Ciudad del Este

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, organized and results‑oriented bilingual sales professional to join our team in Ciudad del Este. You will guide customers through the entire sales cycle, from the first contact to order closure and post‑sale follow‑up, promoting high‑value Pilates and aesthetic equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to Paraguayan clients via WhatsApp and other commercial channels.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate equipment.
• Prospect new customers and generate business opportunities.
• Prepare and send quotations and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Close sales and ensure proper order processing.
• Track opportunities, contracts, payments and maintain up‑to‑date client records.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and drive repeat sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and customer service.
• Advanced fluency in Spanish (and English).
• Completed high‑school education or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp for commercial interactions.
• Basic calculation and currency‑conversion skills.
• Ability to work independently on‑site in Ciudad del Este.

What we offer

• Base salary of ₲4,133,745 per month.
• 1% commission on sales.
• Daily food allowance of approximately ₲20,111.
• Full‑time permanent contract under Paraguayan labor law.
• Standard commercial working hours with a 1 hour 30 minute break.
