B2B Sales Executive – Food & Beverage Chemical Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven B2B Sales Executive to promote chemical solutions for the food, beverage and dairy sectors across Paraguay. You will work with high‑level clients, develop new market opportunities and contribute to the growth of an international project.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients in the food, beverage and dairy industries.
• Identify business opportunities and open new markets throughout the country.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with large producers and strategic companies.
• Present technical and commercial chemical solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the commercial management.
• Conduct regular visits to clients in Asunción and other regions.
• Prepare commercial reports and market analyses to support decision‑making.
• Maintain long‑term relationships based on trust, service and technical advice.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and agreement compliance.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or International Trade.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the food, beverage, dairy or flour industries.
• Existing client portfolio is desirable.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Professional references and immediate availability.

Required skills

• Knowledge of industrial food processes and chemical applications.

What we offer

• Fixed salary of Gs 5,000,000 per month plus unlimited commission.
