About the role
We are looking for an Auxiliar Operativo to support our logistics operations in Concepción. The role is ideal for students in Administrative, Foreign Trade or related fields who have at least one year of experience in stock management and cargo tracking.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Track shipments and coordinate cargo movements from origin to destination.
- Handle documentation related to logistics processes, including invoices, shipping orders, and customs paperwork.
- Use internal computer systems to generate reports, spreadsheets, and operational plans.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports and spreadsheets for management review.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in an Administrative, Foreign Trade or similar degree program.
- Minimum of one year of practical experience in logistics or supply‑chain environments.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to plan and organize tasks effectively.
