About the role

The Store Safety Assistant ensures that all occupational safety regulations and procedures are fully complied with across our retail locations. You will work on‑site in a full‑time capacity, contributing to a safe environment for all store employees and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments in stores.
• Identify hazards and propose corrective measures.
• Maintain documentation of safety checks and incidents.
• Collaborate with store managers to implement safety improvements.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Occupational Safety and Health.
• Relevant experience in retail or similar environments.
• Valid certifications for Working at Height and First Aid.
• Full‑time availability for on‑site work.
• Proactive, meticulous and committed to employee well‑being.
