About the role

The Foreign Trade Assistant will support the international commerce team by handling administrative tasks related to export operations. This entry‑level position is ideal for students of Foreign Trade who have at least six months of practical experience and are eager to develop their skills in a collaborative environment. You will work closely with senior trade analysts and contribute to the smooth flow of export documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Enter commercial invoices into the company’s ERP or accounting system.
• Prepare final reporting spreadsheets summarising export activities.
• Assist in maintaining accurate documentation for international shipments.
• Support the generation of customs declarations and coordinate with freight forwarders when needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of trade paperwork.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate in Foreign Trade or a related field.
• Minimum six months of experience performing administrative duties in a trade or logistics setting.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English is valued.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with office software for data entry and spreadsheet creation.
• Familiarity with basic accounting or ERP systems.
