About the role

Integrated Business Services LATAM is seeking a Senior Tax Assistant to support our Latin America markets. You will ensure timely and accurate tax reporting, declarations, and account reconciliations while contributing to continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tax reconciliations and calculations for low to medium‑complexity filings, meeting deadlines.
• Lead and participate in tax process improvement initiatives using Power BI and automation tools.
• Analyze and reconcile tax accounts to guarantee financial accuracy.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures in response to legal or process changes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address queries and resolve operational tax incidents.

Required profile

• Graduated or pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience preparing and reconciling tax declarations of low to medium complexity.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Power BI.
