About the role

The Senior Decision Support Analyst will join Integrated Business Services in Asunción, providing back‑office finance expertise to Nestlé operations across LATAM. The role focuses on interpreting accounting standards, producing financial reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret applicable accounting standards for Nestlé.
• Publish sales and profit‑and‑loss reports.
• Prepare and review detailed accounting analyses.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and drive transition of new services.
• Conduct training and development sessions for the team.
• Provide technical support to colleagues and supervise month‑end close activities.
• Lead global and local improvement projects in the finance area.
• Ensure compliance, business continuity planning, and internal controls.
• Guarantee that PEC activities are delivered according to standards.

Required profile

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Advanced English conversation skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience in managerial reporting and leading meetings.
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and decision‑support procedures.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.
• Result‑oriented with a focus on quality.
• Capacity to handle challenging situations and implement corrective actions.
• Graduated or studying Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
