Processing Specialist

About the role

Lula is a property maintenance marketplace connecting property management companies with a network of thousands of vetted contractors. This role is key to processing payments to maintenance service providers, ensuring work orders are correct and complete before they are paid, improving the experience for clients, vendors, and internal teams. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative, results‑driven environment with direct impact on our international operation.

Key responsibilities

• Review and audit completed work orders to confirm services were fully completed before processing payments.
• Validate invoices, service reports, photos, scope of work, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with service providers to obtain missing documentation, clarify completed work, and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations, Billing, etc.) and provide feedback on service quality and process improvements.

Required profile

• Advanced English (C1) proficiency.
• Experience in payments, accounts payable, or vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of invoicing processes, quality checks, and service validation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and accounting systems.
• Detail‑oriented, organized with a focus on quality.
