About the role
We are looking for a proactive Assistant of Speakers & Convocatoria to join the Marketing team at 5Días. The role is operational and focused on ensuring speakers are confirmed and coordinated for each event, while also driving the attendee invitation process to meet target numbers.
Key responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with pre‑selected speakers until confirmation.
- Coordinate speaker schedules, participation details, and basic requirements.
- Collect and centralize speaker biographies, titles, companies, photos, and other necessary information.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date status tracker for each speaker and manage pending items.
- Execute the attendee invitation campaign using defined databases and target audiences.
- Reach out to potential guests via WhatsApp, phone, email, or other channels and track confirmations.
- Keep the attendee list current and monitor progress toward invitation goals, alerting the team when additional actions are needed.
- Ensure every event launches with confirmed speakers and a full roster of attendees.
Required profile
- Final‑year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Administration or a related field.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple conversations and pending tasks simultaneously.
- Strong focus on meeting objectives and deadlines.
