Paid Media Specialist – Meta & Google Ads

About the role

We are seeking a performance‑driven Paid Media Specialist to independently manage, monitor, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. This part‑time remote role (10–20 hours per week) is ideal for someone with strong platform knowledge who can make data‑driven decisions to improve campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch, manage and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor performance, budgets and pacing, analysing metrics such as CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Optimise audiences, targeting, bidding strategies, keywords, budgets and campaign structure.
• Conduct A/B testing of audiences, ad copy, creatives and strategies.
• Identify under‑performing campaigns and implement improvements.
• Manage retargeting and prospecting campaigns.
• Review search terms, keywords, negative keywords and ad performance in Google Ads.
• Ensure conversion tracking is correctly configured and work with landing pages and creative assets.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven experience launching and optimising paid campaigns.
