About the role

The Commercial and Training Assistant will support the promotion, sales and administrative management of open courses. This part‑time position combines commercial activities, client interaction, lead follow‑up and logistical support, guiding participants from first contact through the completion of their training.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market open courses to potential participants.
• Contact leads, conduct follow‑up and answer inquiries about training programs.
• Manage registrations, update participant databases and assist with course scheduling.
• Coordinate with the Community Manager to disseminate course information on social media.
• Send reminders, links and relevant information to participants before, during and after sessions.
• Prepare and distribute certificates of completion.
• Administer satisfaction surveys and track feedback.
• Monitor enrollment targets and sales performance.

Required profile

• University student or graduate in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related fields.
• Experience in sales, customer service, commercial management, training coordination or event organization is desirable.
• Strong written communication skills for emails and commercial messages.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and closing methods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using social media platforms and WhatsApp Business for communication.
• Familiarity with Zoom or other video‑conferencing tools.
