Area Pricing Operations Specialist

About the role

As a LATAM SIBG Pricing Operations Specialist you will support the execution of pricing processes across the Safety and Industrial Business Group in Latin America. You will work closely with operational, sales, marketing, finance and global pricing teams to implement pricing initiatives and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute LATAM price changes according to defined timelines and business priorities, coordinating with local teams for alignment.
• Monitor pricing KPIs such as Area Price Index performance, price realization and execution accuracy, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain pricing governance processes for deals, promotions and other activities, enhancing tools, reporting and operational discipline.
• Translate customer and business needs into actionable pricing insights using Power BI, Power Apps, Vendavo, 3M AI tools and similar platforms.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data‑analysis tool proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate across business, commercial, finance and operations teams in a dynamic regional environment.
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, International Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; advanced Portuguese is a plus.
