Analista Senior de Control de Gestión

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical professional to provide a comprehensive view of the company’s economic and financial performance. The role supports decision‑making by monitoring key indicators, analyzing variances, and proposing improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Analyze variances against prior month, prior year and budget, identifying causes, impacts and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in the planning process.
• Track KPIs and create executive presentations.
• Collaborate with multiple business areas to understand business evolution.

Required profile

• Graduate in Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management control, financial planning or corporate finance (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting analysis.
• Proactive, autonomous and focused on continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced use of SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Power BI and presentation tools.
