About the role
We are looking for a Selection Analyst to join our team in Asunción. The role focuses on managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a large organization with more than 1,000 employees. You will work on attracting, assessing and hiring talent to support the company’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle selection processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Conduct competency‑based interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
- Utilize LinkedIn, job portals and specialized recruitment tools to source and engage talent.
Required profile
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection within large companies (over 1,000 staff).
- Hands‑on experience with comprehensive selection processes and competency interviews.
- Academic background in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration or related fields.
- Excellent communication, strong organization and analytical abilities.
- Result‑orientation, teamwork, proactivity and the ability to work autonomously.
