Analista de Logística

About the role

The Logistics Analyst will be directly responsible for the operation of the Luque site, leading internal and external logistics planning and coordination, including receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of products in compliance with legal documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily deliveries, define routes for consolidated loads, track shipments via GPS/mobile, and coordinate schedules with customers.
• Supervise receipt of imported products, verify quantity and quality, manage claims, and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Dispatch products according to legal invoices and shipping documents, ensuring delivery integrity.
• Control custody of all products and equipment, conduct rotating inventories and stock reconciliations following company procedures.
• Manage and support both internal staff and third‑party service providers such as loaders and service contractors.
• Oversee general warehouse maintenance, ensuring order and cleanliness of all areas.
• Enforce SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) standards and act as the site safety coordinator (TSC) for both the facility and transportation.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in logistics or administration.
• Native Spanish and Guaraní; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience with SAP and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency in inventory counting, separation, and control.
• Knowledge of national routes and locations.
• Understanding of safety regulations required for the TSC role.
