About the role

We are seeking an Organizational Development Analyst to strengthen our people strategy within a dynamic, multicultural environment. The role focuses on measuring employee sentiment, driving action plans, and promoting internal communication that aligns with company values and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual employee climate survey and coordinate action plans for Kitchen, Logistics, and Service areas.
• Design and launch internal communication campaigns to disseminate company values and hygiene/service protocols.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to monitor progress and ensure timely implementation of initiatives.
• Prepare analytical reports and present recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in human resources, organizational development, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret survey data.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural team.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
