About the role

Nestlé Business Services LATAM is looking for a motivated Application Development Analyst specialized in Power Apps. The role supports the LATAM market by automating workflows, improving processes and handling operational requests to boost regional efficiency. You will work in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment that values continuous improvement and digital innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Create desktop and mobile applications using Power Apps.
• Develop automation flows with Power Automate.
• Interpret business needs from Nestlé market teams and translate them into technical specifications.
• Apply Agile methodology to deliver projects on time.
• Lead project mapping activities and ensure continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Graduate or student in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Systems Engineering or related fields.
• 1‑2 years of experience as an IT analyst working with Power Apps.
• Advanced proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Strong communication, teamwork and attention to detail; intermediate‑advanced English (required), intermediate Portuguese (desired).
