About the role
We are looking for a Foreign Trade Analyst to join our international trading firm on a full‑time, remote basis. The analyst will be based in Paraguay and will support both import and export activities, ensuring compliance with global regulations while driving market expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate foreign trade operations for imports and exports.
- Analyze trade flows to identify risks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with suppliers, buyers, and government agencies.
- Provide insights on trade performance and global demand trends to support market expansion.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in foreign trade, preferably in the food or meat sector.
- Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and within a multicultural team.
Required skills
- Proactive communication and over‑communication mindset.
- Strong issue‑resolution and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with trade data analysis tools (preferred).
