Analista de Calidad – Control de Procesos y Sistema de Gestión

About the role

The Quality Analyst will ensure the finished‑product quality of aluminum cans by managing process controls, the Integrated Management System, and Lean Manufacturing and statistical tools. The role supports the production line, addresses customer needs, and maintains certification compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Control process quality using the QAS system, inspection standards (PIP) and updated operating procedures.
• Represent the quality area during internal and external audits, providing required evidence for certifications and customer requirements.
• Lead label‑approval processes with customers, including sample authorization and on‑site verification.
• Support the Quality Supervisor by monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring customer specifications are met throughout production.
• Handle customer complaints by analyzing returned samples, conducting site visits, and implementing corrective actions.
• Perform statistical process control to guarantee process stability and track non‑conforming products from detection to acceptable quality levels.
• Oversee calibration and maintenance of measurement instruments, coordinating qualified service providers.
• Assist production technicians with training and guidance to maintain competence within the Quality Management System.

Required profile

• Experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably aluminum packaging.
• Familiarity with integrated quality management systems and audit procedures.
• Ability to work closely with production teams and respond quickly to customer issues.
