Analista de Business Intelligence

About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst will turn data into strategic information that supports decision‑making across Nestlé Business Services LATAM. Working in a multicultural team, you will help LATAM markets improve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools to monitor key business indicators.
• Extract, transform and analyse data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights for LATAM markets.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate functional requirements into analytical solutions and define performance metrics.
• Apply agile methodologies to manage and deliver BI projects.
• Lead analysis initiatives, identify optimisation opportunities and support data‑driven decision making.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and governance across reports and analytical solutions.

Required profile

• Graduate or current student in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Systems Engineering or related fields.
• 1‑2 years of experience as an IT analyst handling BI processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
