Agrochemical Sales Representative - Paraguay

About the role

EASTCHEM, a leading crop protection company that produces, distributes and markets its products and exports to more than 70 countries, is looking for an Agrochemical Sales Representative for Paraguay. The role covers consultative selling of the company's products and represents EASTCHEM throughout the Paraguayan industry.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of consultative selling, including local registration, sample delivery, product introduction, analysis of business challenges, client workshops and presentations, quotes and pricing, negotiation and other proposal sales activities.
• Take part in weekly updates to management on new activities in Paraguay, sharing urgent and important issues as they arise.
• Take part in trade shows, industry events and associations to promote and advocate for EASTCHEM's products, acting as its recognised representative in the industry.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Familiarity with agrochemical commercial activities in Paraguay.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in multi-national companies is preferred.
