About the role
As a Real Estate Agent at REMAX Exclusive Alto Paraná, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing property listings and guiding clients through buying, selling, or renting processes. The position is full‑time and based on‑site in Ciudad del Este.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and capture new property listings.
- Conduct property viewings and prepare commercial material.
- Publish listings on portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate meetings, contract signings and follow‑up with clients.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory in the internal system.
- Track opportunities and ensure continuous client follow‑up.
Required profile
- Previous experience in real‑estate sales and portfolio management.
- Strong commercial and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation with clear communication.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and social media.
Required skills
- Proficiency with a CRM system.
