Property Manager

About the role

This position manages two property portfolios that include both short‑term rentals such as Airbnb and long‑term rentals. You will use property‑management software daily and will need to be proactive, tech‑savvy, and able to handle after‑hours AI‑driven communications.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee short‑term and long‑term rental properties, ensuring smooth operations.
• Use property‑management platforms (e.g., Hospitable.com, Guesty, Lodgify) to manage bookings and guest communication.
• Provide daily updates on task progress and collaborate with the team on scheduling.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and handle emergency situations.
• Adapt and employ AI tools for automated responses and after‑hours support.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in short‑term or long‑term rental management.
• Experience with property‑management software such as Hospitable.com or similar.
• Strong common‑sense, problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Tech‑savvy with a willingness to learn new tools.
• C1 level English proficiency.
• Resident of Latin America.
