Técnico NOC

About the role

The NOC Technician will work from TEISA Paraguay’s Network Operations Center to continuously monitor and manage the company’s network infrastructure. This full‑time, on‑site role involves early detection of incidents, coordination of corrective actions, and first‑line technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network links, routers, switches, firewalls and overall system performance.
• Handle alarms and events, logging incidents and escalating them according to established procedures.
• Coordinate corrective actions with other technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Provide first‑line technical support and assist in documenting changes and new services.
• Work rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage of the network.

Required profile

• Experience in a Network Operations Center or similar network operations environment.
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Technical training in IT, telecommunications or a related field.
• Ability to work in a team, communicate clearly and pay attention to detail.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
